If you haven't signed up yet, now is the time! Through Citizen Self Service (eService) you can receive your utility bills by email, set up payments, change your address and more.
Managing your payments and information online is quick and easy. If you prefer to visit us at Town Hall, we are always happy to help. We can help walk you through how to sign up and pay online too.
