Engineering Services are responsible for managing major capital and infrastructure projects and programs that contribute to our quality of life in High River.

The Engineering team manages budgets, undertakes designs, plans and implements projects to improve and upgrade our roads, sidewalks, watermains and sewers.

The Town’s Engineering staff also manage the Town's design and construction specifications for Town construction projects as well as developments and subdivisions. On this page developers will find information on inspection forms, checklists and information for acceptance certificates.

The Infrastructure and Utility Master Plans are in place to make sure the Town is prepared to meet future needs for projected populations and growth areas.
