The High River Fire Department (HRFD) strives to operate as effectively and efficiently as possible while maintaining what is most important; the safety of our firefighters and those who live, work, and visit the Town of High River.
We provide 24-hour service to the community & surrounding area. operating with the following personnel:
- Deputy Chief - Protection
- Deputy Chief - Bylaw and Emergency Services
- Administrative Assistant
- 4 Captains
- 6 Full time firefighters
- 1 part time Inspector and
- 34 casual firefighters,
The High River Fire Department is dedicated to providing fire suppression, prevention, public education and rescue services as our part in preserving and enhancing the quality of life by aiding in providing a safe community for our residents, businesses, and our environment.
