The electoral process is an essential component of any democracy, and the use of election signage during the campaign period, whether federal, provincial or municipal, aids in creating awareness and providing candidate recognition. To assist in focusing a candidate’s message in a more effective manner, the Town has regulated the use of election signage within the community (Election Signage Policy (POL-08-107-00) and Procedure (PRO-08-107-00))
