Notices

The Town’s Land Use Bylaw requires that the Town post the Notices of Decision for discretionary uses, permitted uses that require variances, and permitted uses that have been approved with conditions on the Town’s website. Permit applications being considered by the Development Authority may given conditional approval subject to appeal by anyone claiming to be affected by the notice. Please note the appeal period and method for appealing is outlined on each notice below. These notices also appear in the Town Crier supplement to the High River Times newspaper along with other Public Notices.
