(High River, AB): Notice is hereby given that, under provisions of the Municipal Government Act, The Town of High River may offer the following lands for sale by public auction, in the High River and Foothills Joint Administration Building, 309B MacLeod SW, High River, AB, T1V1Z5 on Friday, November 28, 2025, at 10 am.

To remove a property from the public auction, all outstanding property tax arrears must be paid to the Town of High River in guaranteed funds BEFORE November 28, 2025, at 10 am.

The parcel will be offered for sale subject to the Town’s reserve bid and to the reservations and conditions contained in the existing Certificate of Title.

Sale Conditions: The lands are being offered for sale on an ‘as is, where is’ basis and the Town of High River makes no representation and gives no warranty whatsoever as to the adequacy of services, soil condition, land use districting, building and development conditions, absence or presence of environment contamination, or the developability of the subject land for any intended use by the purchaser. No bid will be accepted where the bidder attempts to attach conditions precedent to the sale of any property. No further information is available at the auction regarding the lands to be sold.

The Town of High River may, after the public auction, become the owner of any parcel of land that is not sold at the public auction.

Terms of Payment: Bank draft or certified cheque for 10 per cent of the bidding amount made payable to the Town of High River immediately after successful bidding and the balance payable within 72 working hours.
