The Town of High River is pleased to announce the availability of two (2) prime tenant spaces in our state-of-the-art health, wellness, and medical facility located in the Town of High River and adjacent to the High River General Hospital. Both spaces are located on the second floor through a lower-level common space entry with elevator access. These spaces are well-suited for businesses in the medical, wellness, or allied health sectors seeking a professional and collaborative environment. Both units are available for immediate lease and offer flexibility to suit various business needs. The Town of High River invites expressions of interest to be submitted for the lease of the space(s) and of the expressions received, will determine which proponent(s) will be considered to lease the space(s).
