The Town of High River ("High River") is inviting proposals for Winter Snow Maintenance and any ancillary services (the "Services").  

The purpose of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") process is to select a vendor to enter into a supply agreement with High River for the Services and any ancillary Services.  Further details about the Services required by High River are set out in Schedule "A" –Requirements for Services.  

The Town of High River has amended this Request for Proposal:

1. Inquiries will be accepted until August 14, 2026
2. Closing date has been extended until August 21, 2026
3. Award date has also been extended to October 1, 2026

The Town of High River is inviting proposals from qualified contractors to provide services to clean up three properties purchased by the Town of High River within Foothills County. The Town wishes to remove the property improvements and return them to a pre-developed condition.

Town of High River - Request for Proposal - Site Clean Up Services

The Town of High River is pleased to announce the availability of two (2) prime tenant spaces in our state-of-the-art health, wellness, and medical facility located in the Town of High River and adjacent to the High River General Hospital.

Both spaces are located on the second floor through a lower-level common space entry with elevator access. These spaces are well-suited for businesses in the medical, wellness, or allied health sectors seeking a professional and collaborative environment. Both units are available for immediate lease and offer flexibility to suit various business needs.

The purpose of this Expression of Interest (“EOI”) process is to select a qualified proponent to enter into a Lease Agreement with the Town of High River for the Available Space at the Charles Clark Medical Centre (“CCMC”).

Closing Date: EOI will remains open until the Available Spaces have signed Lease Agreements.

Request for Proposals - Concession Services and Lease

The Town of High River is inviting proposals for the services of and is seeking an experienced food services proponent for the purpose of providing concession/food and beverage services at the Town-owned facility, Bob Snodgrass Recreation Complex (BSRC). The objectives of the Concessionaire will be to operate a quality facility providing food concessions to the BSRC and its many clients.
