Request For Expression of Interest - Tenant Spaces Available Immediately at Charles Clark Medical Centre
The Town of High River is pleased to announce the availability of two (2) prime tenant spaces in our state-of-the-art health, wellness, and medical facility located in the Town of High River and adjacent to the High River General Hospital.
Both spaces are located on the second floor through a lower-level common space entry with elevator access. These spaces are well-suited for businesses in the medical, wellness, or allied health sectors seeking a professional and collaborative environment. Both units are available for immediate lease and offer flexibility to suit various business needs.
The purpose of this Expression of Interest (“EOI”) process is to select a qualified proponent to enter into a Lease Agreement with the Town of High River for the Available Space at the Charles Clark Medical Centre (“CCMC”).
Closing Date: EOI will remains open until the Available Spaces have signed Lease Agreements.
