FILES REQUIRED FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION ACCESS REQUESTS
Along with proof of ownership documents (i.e., proof of purchase/land title), we will also require a copy of the applicant's photo identification to confirm the request is being made by the owner. If you request warrants for these documents, please send them to foip@highriver.ca
