If you have spoken with a town representative and would like to make a formal request, please access the forms below.

• Access to personal and general information: fill out the online request form here.
• To change your personal information, fill out the Request to Correct Personal Information Form.
• If you prefer to make your request in person, contact ATIPP@highriver.ca for a copy of the Request to Access Information form.

Submit the completed request forms and the applicable fees by email to ATIPP@highriver.ca or by mail to Legislative & Advisory Services, 309B Macleod Trail SW , High River, Alberta, T1V 1Z5.

No initial fee is required for access to personal information. However, if you request access to general information, an initial fee of $25 is required before the Privacy Officer can begin the process.

There may be additional charges associated with more extensive and complex requests. For all additional inquiries, please refer to the current rate bylaw or contact the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy at ATIPP@highriver.ca.

If you have concerns with the Town's decision or response to your ATIPP request, you can submit the Request for Review/Complaint Form to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner (the 'OIPC').
