The Town has introduced a range of new online services through a platform called Citywide, designed to make accessing services faster and more convenient.
The portal is available for both residential and commercial use.
While services can be accessed in a way that works best for you (in-person, phone, email, online), users are encouraged to take advantage of the online option for added convenience. The following services are currently available through the platform:

- Safety codes: plumbing, electrical and gas permits
- Planning and development: major and minor development permits
- Report a Concern: Town services
Visit the Citywide dashboard to report a concern. Create an account to report your concern, or log in if you already have one.
Requests submitted through Citywide are reviewed during business hours, Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
