Mayor and Council Forms
Request to Speak at a Council Meeting
Residents are welcome to speak during the public comments, question period or public hearing portion of Council meetings. In order to speak, please submit a Request to Speak at a Council Meeting Form.
Authorization to Speak on Someone's Behalf
If you would like to speak at a Council meeting on someone’s behalf, the person will need to complete and submit an Authorization to Speak on Someone’s Behalf Form.
Delegation/Presentation to Council Requests
Members of the public are invited to make presentations to Council and may request this by completing and submitting our Delegation Request Form at least two (2) weeks prior to the meeting date requested.
TOHR Event Invitation Request Form for Mayor and Council
To invite the Mayor and/or any members of Council to attend an event, our Event Invitation Request for Mayor and Council is to be completed so the extent of the invitation and event are understood. This form will be shared with the Mayor and Council for their consideration.
TOHR Certificate of Congratulations
Upon submitting a Certificate of Congratulations Request Form, the Mayor sends congratulatory certificates to Canadians celebrating milestone birthdays, wedding anniversaries, and anniversaries of life together. Requests submitted through this form will be reviewed with the Mayor and can take up to 14 days to process.

Property Inquiry Form
Are you interested in acquiring municipal facilities or lands, please review the Real Property Transactions policy and submit our Property Inquiry Form.
General Public Reporting Form
If you need to report damage to the town, complete our General Public Reporting Form. The Town will investigate to determine the cause of the damage and provide direction based on the findings.

Routine Disclosure Request to Access Information
A Routine Disclosure Request Form is required to request access to records of Permits, Real Property Reports, and Structural Drawings.
Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP)
The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (the 'FOIP Act') provides the public with an avenue for accessing records under the custody and control of the Town of High River while also balancing the protection of personal information contained within the Town’s records and information systems.
