Town of High River Seeks Community Input to Update Land Use Bylaw
(HIGH RIVER, AB): Earlier this year, Council approved a comprehensive review of all residential development regulations within the Traditional Neighbourhood District in the Town of High River’s Land Use Bylaw. The goals of this review are to improve clarity, align with the Town Plan to preserve the small-town character and support diverse housing options and urban design. Council also approved a plan to gather input from the community and key interested parties as part of the review.
Phase one engagement will include the following opportunities for the High River community to share their thoughts and perspectives on residential development regulations:
