Our dedicated staff plays a crucial role in our town's infrastructure, ensuring the efficient operation of our wastewater systems, which include 12 lift stations and 90 km of pipe leading to the Wastewater Treatment Plant.

The Outdoor Water Use and Restriction Bylaw reflects a ‘new normal’ for High River’s water use and restrictions, to ensure we build resilience to the impacts of the changing climate.

The Town issues water and utility bills on the first week of January, March, May, July, September, and November, with payment due on the last business day of each of those odd months.

Our dedicated team takes on a multitude of essential tasks, from street sweeping to garbage collection, recycling, and snow and ice control.
