This coordinated effort aims to enhance road safety through high-visibility traffic enforcement heading into the holiday season.

This targeted enforcement initiative will occur throughout the Town of High River and is designed to deter traffic violations while providing a strong, visible presence on local roadways.

Objectives of the JFO Weekend

  • Increase traffic safety through proactive enforcement.
  • Reduce impaired, distracted and aggressive driving.
  • Support community expectations for enhanced road safety during the busy holiday season.

Enforcement Focus Areas
This initiative will concentrate on key traffic safety concerns, including:

  • Speeding
  • Distracted driving
  • Intersection safety
  • Equipment violations
  • Seatbelt compliance

Participating Agencies
The operation includes participation by:
