PUBLIC NOTICE: SUBDIVISION AND DEVELOPMENT APPEAL BOARD
Take notice that: An appeal on the Conditional Approval of Development Permit No. 11003.26
Discretionary Change of Use – Cannabis Store at:
1225G 1 Street SE (Canna Cabana), being Plan 1910869; Block 1; Lot 4
will be heard by the High River Subdivision and Development Appeal Board on Nov. 19, 2026 commencing at 9 a.m. at the Town of High River Council Chambers located at 309B Macleod Trail SW.
Anyone wishing to have a written submission before the Board concerning the above appeal should submit it to the Clerk of the Board, via email at legislativeservices@highriver.ca, or in person, 309B Macleod Trail SW, High River Alberta T1V 1Z5 before noon on Nov. 12, 2026.
Presentations to the Board at the hearing will be governed by the Board’s procedures.
The Development Permit Application, Notice of Decision and Notice of Appeal are available for review at the High River Town Office, at 309B Macleod Trail SW during regular business hours, being 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
