Town Facilities Closed for Labour Day | Monday, September 7, 2026
HIGH RIVER - Town of High River facilities will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026, in recognition of Labour Day. Garbage collection will continue as scheduled with no changes. Closed facilities include:
- Town Hall
- Family and Community Support Services
- Greater Foothills Family Centre
- Public Works
- Fire Hall and RCMP Administration
- Bob Snodgrass Recreation Complex
All facilities will reopen during regular business hours on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.
Essential services, including the Fire Department and RCMP, remain operational. In case of an emergency, call 9-1-1.
The Recycling Centre will also be closed on Labour Day and will reopen on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, during regular hours. For more information, visit highriver.ca/recycling.
