Landline Service Outage at Town Facilities

While some progress has been made on the phone service outage impacting Town facilities, we are still experiencing issues.
Landline phone service remains down at all Town facilities including Town Hall, Family and Community Support Services, Public Works, and the Bob Snodgrass Recreation Complex.
We are working to restore service as quickly as possible. Services remain available in person and by email.
Business hours
- Town Hall: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Family and Community Support Services: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Bob Snodgrass Recreation Complex: Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and weekends, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

A Town staff member will be available at the recycling depot over the weekend to help direct residents to the appropriate assistance for emergencies such as sewer backups, water leaks, downed stop signs and other urgent issues. The recycling depot is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays.
