Town of High River Delegation Request Form

Council meetings are open to the public, with limited exceptions due to privacy matters. Typically, these meetings are held on the second and fourth Monday of each month. In July, August, and December, the Council only meets once a month.

Members of the public are invited to make presentations to Council and may request this by completing and submitting the form below at least two (2) weeks prior to the meeting date requested. Further information regarding appearing before the Council as a delegation can be found on the Town’s website at legislativeservices@highriver.ca.

This form will be shared in the Council agenda so details of the delegation are known in advance. Please note that a member of our team will contact you to confirm the date and time of your delegation.
