"The Happy Trails play an important role in encouraging a healthy, low-cost, environmentally sustainable choice for recreation and transportation." - Mayor Snodgrass.

The Happy Trails are designed for multiple users and a range of recreational activities. Where feasible, the pathway system was designed to accommodate walkers, strollers, runners, people with disabilities, cyclists, in-line skaters and skateboarders.
