Proclamations can be requested for items that meet at least one of the following criteria:

• The requesting organization must be a recognized charitable, social profit or non-profit organization located or having a presence within the Town of High River.
• The cause or occasion must be an initiative in the Town of High River.
• The cause must be one of benefit or significance to the majority of the citizens of High River or
• The requesting organization must be based in High River and have a local chapter and locally based contact representing the requesting organization.

In order for proclamation requests to be considered, requests should be completed and submitted at least 14 days prior to when the group or organization requires the proclamation.
