If you would like to make a formal request, please access the form fields below. Please note: this form is for Access to Information requests only. If you are trying to make changes to your personal information, return to the Town's website and download the applicable form.

When you have completed the required fields, hit submit. If you have submitted a general request for information and it is not your own personal information, fees are applicable to the request; please call 403-652-2110 to pay by credit card. Alternatively, you can pay by Cash, Cheque, or Interac in person at 309B Macleod Trail SW High River, AB T1V 1Z5.

Please provide a detailed description of the information that you are requesting. The Town may contact you if your request is unclear or if a large amount of information is requested. There may be additional charges associated with larger requests and, therefore, in order to minimize costs, we encourage you to be as specific as possible with your request.

FOIP Expedited Request:
The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act allows the Town to respond to FOIP requests within 30 days. The Town makes every effort to release records as soon as possible. If you require records on an expedited basis, please provide a detailed explanation below. While the Town will make every effort to release the relevant information on a shorter timeframe, it may not always be possible due to required third party consultations, large amount of records on file or other relevant provisions of the Act.

FILES REQUIRED FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION ACCESS REQUESTS
Along with proof of ownership documents (i.e., proof of purchase/land title), we will also require a copy of the applicant's photo identification to confirm the request is being made by the owner. If you request warrants for these documents, please send them to legislativeservices@highriver.ca
