The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act allows the Town to respond to FOIP requests within 30 days. The Town makes every effort to release records as soon as possible. While the Town will make every effort to release the relevant information on a shorter timeframe, it may not always be possible due to required third party consultations, large amount of records on file or other relevant provisions of the Act.
