PUBLIC NOTICE HIGH RIVER SUBDIVISION AND DEVELOPMENT APPEAL BOARD
Take notice that:
An appeal on the refusal of the Major Development Permit with Variances for 605 Macleod Trail SW, being Plan 2658T; Block B; Lot -
will be heard by the High River Subdivision and Development Appeal Board on Friday, January 9, 2026 commencing at 9:00 AM at the Town of High River Council Chambers located at 309 Macleod Trail SW.
Anyone wishing to have a written submission before the Board concerning the above appeal should submit it to the Clerk of the Board, via email at legislativeservices@highriver.ca, or in person, 309B Macleod Trail SW, High River, Alberta T1V 1Z5, before 12:00 PM Friday, January 2, 2026.
Presentations to the Board at the hearing will be governed by the Board’s procedures.
The Development Permit Application, Notice of Decision and Notice of Appeal are available for review at the High River Town Office, at 309 Macleod Trail SW during regular business hours, being 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, except during the High River Town Office holiday facility closure detailed below.
