Residents are welcome to speak during the public comments, question period or public hearing portion of Council meetings. In order to speak, please complete the information below. Confirmation of your request with access details for the meeting will be sent to the email address you provide.

Please note that if you are speaking on behalf of another person, the person will need to complete and submit an Authorization to speak on Someone’s Behalf Form.
