Request to Speak at a Council Meeting

Residents are welcome to speak during the public comments, question period or public hearing portion of Council meetings. In order to speak, please complete the information below. Confirmation of your request with access details for the meeting will be sent to the email address you provide.

Please note that if you are speaking on behalf of another person, the person will need to complete and submit an Authorization to speak on Someone’s Behalf Form.

Town of High River Council meetings are streamed live and recorded on YouTube. Accordingly, in accordance with Section 17(2)(g) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, attendees acknowledge that names, addresses and other details provided when speaking at a Council meeting will be publicly shared.
