Spring Yoga Triathlon:

Join us for a unique Yoga Triathlon that blends movement, mindfulness, and connection. Begin with an indoor 3km walk, followed by a choice-based somatic yoga session to stretch, strengthen, and energize your body. Conclude the experience with a calming guided meditation to center your mind, ground your soul and uplift your spirit.

This event is open to all levels and offers the perfect balance of activity and tranquility. Step into this transformative event and leave feeling refreshed, focused, and inspired.

Please bring indoor walking shoes, yoga mat and water. Feel free to bring anything else you like to keep yourself cozy during the meditation like a sweater, socks or a blanket.
