Community Garbage Collection Schedules
HIGH RIVER AB - The Town of High River encourages residents to recycle live Christmas trees at the yard waste drop-off centre after the holiday season. The drop-off centre is located at the Recycling Centre at 640 7 Street NW.
Recycling Information:
- Remove all decorations before dropping off live trees.
- Residents can also recycle wrapping paper and boxes at the same location.
- Through a shared use agreement, residents of the Foothills County are also welcome to use the High River Recycling Centre.
High River Recycling Centre Hours Through the Holidays:
- Closed on Wednesday, December 25, Thursday, December 26, 2024, and Wednesday, January 1, 2025.
- Open for regular hours beginning Thursday, January 2, 2025.
