Road Closures in Effect for Balloon Glow – September 23
HIGH RIVER – The Heritage Inn International Balloon Glow is returning to High River!
Starting Friday, September 23 at 5 p.m., the Heritage Inn International Balloon Festival will host a Balloon Glow event in the area northwest of the Highwood River, just past Centre Street Bridge.
During the Balloon Glow, Centre Street from the Sobeys intersection to High Country Drive will be closed to the public between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m.
Attendees are encouraged to park at the Co-op grocery store or the High River Rodeo grounds, where shuttles will be provided. Limited accessible parking will be available on 1 Avenue NE.
Road Closures:
- Friday, September 23: Centre Street from the Sobeys intersection to High Country Drive. Between the hours of 4 p.m. and 10 p.m.
This year's Balloon Night Glow will feature music, food trucks and an opportunity for attendees to see hot air balloons inflate and light up using their burners.
