Town Facility Closures for Thanksgiving 2025

HIGH RIVER – Town of High River offices and facilities will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday on Monday, October 13. Garbage collection will continue as scheduled with no changes.
Note the following facility closures:
- Town Hall
- Bob Snodgrass Recreation Complex
- FCSS Resource Centre
- Public Works and the Recycle Centre
- Fire Hall and RCMP Administration
- Greater Foothills Family Centre
All facilities will reopen under regular business hours on Tuesday, October 14.
Emergency Services are not affected by these closures. In an emergency, always call 9-1-1.
To observe the Thanksgiving holiday, the regular meetings of Town Council are moved to Tuesday, October 14.
