The proposed Clean Energy Improvement Program is a voluntary program that offers residential and commercial property owners access to competitive, long-term financing for various energy-efficient upgrades, including adding insulation, upgrading doors and windows, replacing furnaces or hot water tanks, and installing solar panels. Financing payments are seamlessly integrated into property taxes.
