Crews to Continue SE Mains Replacement Project
HIGH RIVER: Starting August 29, construction crews are set to replace damaged concrete along Centre Street and affected side streets between 2 Ave and 7 Ave.
While work is underway, there will be limited parking and narrow road sections to accommodate the work.
A complete list of details is below:
- When: Monday, August 29 to Tuesday, August 30. Top lift paving is to occur on August 25 and 26.
- Where: Centre Street and affected side streets between 2 Ave SE and 7 Ave SE.
- What: Limited parking and narrow sections of road.
- Why: Replacement of damaged concrete along Centre Street.
This work is part of the SE Mains Replacement Project and will be followed by the final pavement layer in the near future. To learn more about the SE Mains Replacement Project, please visit highriver.ca/construction-corner.
