Online Form Submissions May be Delayed - Alternatives for Submitting

UPDATE - March 8, 2022. The Town is currently experiencing issues or delays in receiving forms online. We hope to have this resolved as soon as possible and are working to process them as soon as they are received.
All changes to accounts must be requested in writing and cannot be made over the phone. If you require changes to be processed as soon as possible:
- Please email corporateservices@highriver.ca, and we will send you a fillable form to return by email.
- You may also visit Town Hall to fill in paper forms.
- This information applies to Moving Information / Changes to Accounts and to Citizen self-service Quick forms.
This also includes the online Report a Concern Form, which we hope will be up and running again shortly. We are happy to help and apologize for this inconvenience.
