Rescheduled to February 10 - Magic of High River
Due to weather concerns, the Magic of High River and Ice Carving events have been rescheduled to ensure our community's and carvers' safety.
Considering the forecasted extreme temperatures this weekend, the events have been rescheduled to Saturday, February 10. Your safety and the wellbeing of our talented carvers is our top priority.
Mark your calendars for the new date and join us in celebrating the Magic of High River.
Magic of High River:
- When: Saturday, February 10
- Time: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Where: Highwood Centre
Over the past few weeks, we have encouraged residents to contribute their perspectives on what adds enchantment to our community. We invite you and your family to the Magic of High River exhibit at the Highwood Centre. Immerse yourself in the captivating display of photos, videos, and stories collected from our community. Enjoy some light refreshments and finger foods while celebrating the magical aspects that make High River an extraordinary place to live.
Ice Carving:
- When: Saturday, February 10
- Time: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Where: 3 Ave by Rio Alto and Maggie's Diner, as well as 4 Ave by Colossi's
Witness the artistry of Ice Carving at two downtown locations. Marvel at the sculptures on 3rd Ave by Rio Alto and Maggie's Diner and 4th Ave by Colossi's. These carvings will embody the spirit and community of High River, showcasing what makes our town magical.
