Town of High River to Reopen Beachwood, Wallaceville and Mercer Lands
Following the 2022 June High Water Event, the Town of High River has reassessed the Beachwood, Wallaceville and Mercer Lands and is now reopening these areas to the public.
Residents may notice pools of still water within these lands and are asked to use caution around these pooled areas.
We ask residents to continue using extreme caution around the riverbanks as many of them have cut away during the high water and could be dangerous.
If you notice any hazards in the mentioned areas, please report them at highriver.ca/report-a-concern.
