Town Seeking Community Champions for Moose Hide Campaign Working Group

HIGH RIVER – The Town of High River FCSS seeks three passionate community members to join a working group dedicated to advancing reconciliation through the Moose Hide Campaign. This initiative is focused on raising awareness about ending violence against women and children, and the working group will play a key role in planning and leading events for the 2025 campaign.

As a member, you will have the opportunity to participate in the "We Are Medicine" training offered by the campaign founders. The training explores how each of us can contribute to ending violence and will be provided at no cost to volunteers. It will equip you with valuable knowledge to bring back to the community.

What to Expect as a Volunteer:

  • Engage in tangible acts of reconciliation.
  • Participate in "We Are Medicine" training (at no cost).
  • Plan and lead an event to raise awareness for the national Moose Hide Campaign on May 16, 2025.

Don't miss the opportunity to actively engage in reconciliation, contribute to a national movement, and help organize impactful activities for the Moose Hide Campaign.
