How to Register for Citizen Self Service (eServices)

Please read below to find your User ID.

Once you have your User ID click here to register and login to Citizen Self Service. Please use Google Chrome for Citizen Self Service.

View Utilities, Property Tax, and Accounts Receivable

To locate your User ID each utility bill has a customer number in the top right-hand corner. The customer number is your User ID number for your online registration. The account number is either your tax roll or utility account number.  From the drop-down you must select which account number you are entering.

Please note that payments cannot be made on these accounts through the Town of High River system however you can make payments for tax and utilities through online banking using the account number.

If you are having difficulties or you do not have a utility bill and would like to request your User ID number please email  to with your address and amount of last bill for verification.

Renew Animal License

Use the same User ID to renew animal licenses, as you would to view your utilities or property taxes. If you are not currently setup as a utility customer, please email and we can create an account for you. Please note, new animal licenses cannot be purchased through the Town’s website, only renewals.

Tax Certificates

The Town of High River offers immediate delivery of tax certificates or searches through our eServices.  They can be ordered with a valid credit card or a pre-paid account.

Online tax certificate is $25, Office issued tax certificate is $50. Credit Cards accepted.
