Town Awards Property Management Contract for Charles Clark Medical Centre
Edon posts new Operations Manager position to ensure a presence in High River
HIGH RIVER – In October 2023 the Town of High River acquired the Charles Clark Medical Centre (CCMC) and announced it would take over the management and operation of the facility in 2024. At its regular meeting on January 22, High River Council approved awarding a contract for property management of the CCMC to Edon Property Inc., a company with experience providing property management for other government services.
When making the announcement last fall, Council acknowledged the vital role doctors and healthcare professionals play in our community. Hiring a property management company is an important step to ensure continued property management services with minimal impacts to CCMC tenants, and that high-quality medical services continue to be provided to the community.
Costs for property management and other operational requirements are passed on to the CCMC tenants through rent terms in their lease agreement. After a full year of operations, the Town will review costs and make adjustments as required for 2025.
Edon Property Inc. posts new Operations Manager position to oversee facility operations to liaison with tenants, identify maintenance needs and ensure contractor standards are met. Edon invites qualified applicants to apply for the newly created position of Operations Manager.
